Is anyone out there doing Depth Coaching ala Patricia Adson or any other model? My own focus in Life Coaching is based in a Depth Psychology foundation (Jung, Hillman, Campbell); helping people discover their calling, vocation, purpose, etc.,. It is a more psychological oriented model without the focus on pathology, counseling or therapy. Strictly coaching folks.

The most common problem about "state"? I'd say that most people focus far too what they are doing - the technical aspects such as behaviour - rather who they are being and focus on what's below the surface - understanding their beliefs, values, drivers etc. That's where change happens and where the battle is won.
