The most common problem about "state"? I'd say that most people focus far too what they are doing - the technical aspects such as behaviour - rather who they are being and focus on what's below the surface - understanding their beliefs, values, drivers etc. That's where change happens and where the battle is won.

Nice work on the "Resolution Template". It is easy to state a goal, but establishing the road there is the hard part.

A wonderful piece of writing on the new year. Though I had been writing one article every year on the subject, I am impressed by your well written article.

well this current entry I have just read is brilliant and very apt to anyone that doubts themselves in the 'workplace' and the belief of themselves i.e.- can I do anything well or will I constantly fail?

I know that I didn't climb up the ladder of success because a) I didn't like eny of the jobs I did and b) I was told by my doctor to retire because I had M.S. and trying to improve myself in work was making my illness worse.

I thought 'Oh Yuck' and then 'GRRREEAAT' no work!!!

Eversince that day I have had a few relapses and been able to carry on with a smile on my face.
It relly means that although life doesn't hand anything to you it gives you temptations and belief 'I can do that' and I will try, so there!!

Wowee! it's great
